Root Canal Treatmentin Karachi
Don't worry about root canals anymore. We make them pain-free and comfortable.
What is a Root Canal?
When your tooth gets infected deep inside, a root canal saves it instead of pulling it out. We clean out the infection, fill it up, and seal it. Your tooth stays in place and works like normal.
Most people think root canals hurt, but that's not true anymore. With the techniques we use, you'll barely feel anything. We make sure you're comfortable the whole time.
When Do You Need a Root Canal?
Severe Tooth Pain
If your tooth hurts when you bite down or it's sensitive to hot and cold, the nerve might be infected.
Swollen Gums
Gums that are swollen or have a pimple-like bump near the tooth usually mean there's an infection.
Dark Tooth
A tooth that's turning dark or gray might have a dead nerve inside that needs treatment.
Cracked or Chipped Tooth
If a crack goes deep enough, bacteria can get in and infect the inside of your tooth.
How We Do It
First, We Check
We take X-rays to see exactly what's going on inside your tooth. This helps us plan the treatment properly.
Numbing the Area
We use local anesthesia to numb your tooth completely. You won't feel any pain, just some pressure sometimes.
Cleaning It Out
We make a small opening and remove all the infected tissue. Then we clean and disinfect the inside of your tooth thoroughly.
Filling and Sealing
We fill the space with a special material and seal it up. This keeps bacteria from getting back in.
Crown (Usually Needed)
Most of the time, we'll put a crown on top to protect the tooth and make it strong again. This happens in a follow-up visit.

Keep brushing and flossing like normal, just be gentle around the treated tooth. Most people are back to normal within a day or two.
